Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the following business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once dispatched.

International Shipping
We ship worldwide. International orders typically arrive within 10–21 business days depending on destination and customs processing. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees. Samhain is not liable for delays caused by customs clearance.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your confirmation email.
Shipping Delays
While we do our best to meet estimated delivery windows, delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or high-volume periods. Samhain is not responsible for delays once an order has been handed to the carrier.
