Return Policy
We want you to love every Samhain piece. If something isn’t right, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible, items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In original condition, free from odor, makeup, or damage
- With all original tags attached
Final Sale Items
The following are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Sale and discounted items
- Accessories (jewelry, socks, beanies)
- Items marked as final sale at checkout
How to Start a Return
Contact UsEmail support@samhain.la with your order number and item(s) to return.
Receive InstructionsWe’ll respond within 2 business days with return authorization and shipping instructions.
Ship Your ItemPack securely and ship with a trackable method. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item was defective or incorrect.
Refund ProcessedOnce received and inspected, your refund will be issued within 5–7 business days.
Exchanges
We don’t offer direct exchanges. Return your order for a refund and place a new order to secure your item before it sells out.
Defective or Incorrect Items
Contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@samhain.la with photos. We’ll make it right at no cost to you.
