Shipping & Delivery
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. A shipping confirmation email with tracking will follow once dispatched.
Standard domestic shipping arrives in 5–7 business days. Expedited (2–3 business days) is available at checkout.
Yes. International orders typically arrive within 10–21 business days. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or import taxes.
A tracking number is emailed once your order ships. Use it on the carrier’s website to monitor your shipment in real time.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact. Sale items and accessories are final sale.
Email support@samhain.la with your order number. We’ll send return instructions from there.
Products
Our garments run relaxed and oversized. Size up for an exaggerated fit, or stay true to size for a more standard drape. See our Size Guide for exact measurements.
Each piece is individually treated — slight variations in wash tone and distressing are natural and intentional. No two are identical.
Generation 1 is our debut collection. A limited run marking Samhain’s beginning. Once sold out, it will not be restocked.
Wash inside out in cold water on a gentle cycle. No bleach. Tumble dry low or hang dry. Hand washing is preferred for acid wash and distressed items.
Orders
Contact us immediately at support@samhain.la. Once an order has been fulfilled and shipped, changes cannot be made.
